Turkish coffee in a cezve.

Let’s make coffee.

1. 01

   Measure with your cup

   Fill your serving cup with drinking water and transfer it to the cezve. Add 6 g of coffee and sugar if wanted.

   Heat gently

   Stir well while heating slowly, watching for foam to rise.

3. 03

   Share the foam

   Gently pour a little foam into your cup.

4. 04

   Heat once more and serve

   Return the cezve to the heat for another rise, then gently fill the cup. Serve with a glass of water.

Give your cup a measurement

Weigh the water your cup holds once, then save that number. A recipe recorded in grams is easier to repeat when you use another cup.
