   Rinse the paper beneath the mesh basket. Empty the server; put coarse grounds in the basket.

   Bloom

   Add 50 ml and wait 30 seconds.

3. 03

   Pour

   Add 100 ml over 10 seconds, then continue to 330 ml total.

4. 04

   Finish

   Remove the brewer around 4:30.
